ACST FALL/WINTER PRACTICE SCHEDULE
2009 - 2010 

Please bring sneakers and socks for dry land on Mondays and Wednesdays before practices.

6 – 10 year olds

*12 & over swimmers:  We will be doing dry land on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:00pm.
**Swimmers over the age of 13 are welcome to stay until 8:30 pm on these days.

Please plan to arrive at practice 15 minutes beforehand so that we can stretch.
