Swim Team

Come join the The Atlantic Coast Athletic Club (ACST) Swim Team for the 2009 – 2010 season! ACST welcomes all levels of swimmers from the novice to the most advanced Olympic hopeful.  Our program focus is on technique, teamwork and fun.  ACST is available to children aged 6 to 18 years of age and participates in Middle Atlantic Swimming.  Swimmers must be able to complete 25 yards of freestyle and backstroke and show the ability to swim butterfly and breaststroke. Each swimmer or parent of swimmer must be a member of ACAC.

Family Membership: $650
Member: $725

USA Swimming Fee: $57.00
Transfer fee (if applicable): $10.00

Practice Schedule – 6 to 10 year olds
Mon/Wed/Fri 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Tue/Thur 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am to 9:30am

Practice Schedule – 11 to 18 year olds
M/W 7:15 - 8:45 pm
Tue/ Thur/ Fri 6:30 - 8:00pm
Saturdays 7:30am - 8:30am
