Sports Performance

The athletic attributes that separate the average competitor from the elite athlete are not cultivated through traditional weight training programs. Sport-specific speed, reactive agility, and maximal explosion require advanced training methods. ACAC uses scientifically based methods with proven outcomes, to increase athletes' levels of conditioning in strength, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility. Coaches try to group athletes by age and ability level.

Strength/Speed/Flight

  • Enhance all phases of speed, agility, and coordination with exercises and drills on land and in the water.
  • Increase power with various plyometric and medicine ball training techniques.
  • Increase overall strength while increasing performance.
  • Build self confidence.
