ACAC Personal Training has 20 degreed and certified fitness professionals conducting nearly 10,000 personal training sessions each year. Our trainers hold degrees in physical education, kinesiology, exercise science and related areas of study. They are also recognized by the industry’s top certifying bodies, and many hold multiple certifications.
We choose our personal trainers for technical expertise and interpersonal skills. All of our trainers hold degrees and are certified by at least one of the following national organizations.
- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA)
ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Small Group Training (SGT)
Features:
- Three – six clients working with one trainer
