ACAC offers a variety of mind~body classes free to all members. Each class connects mind and body in its own way to give you a workout like no other.

Ashtanga Yoga/Ashtanga Yoga 90:  A dynamic form of yoga synchronizing movement and deep breathing.

Discover Reformer:  Experience the benefits of  Pilates Reformer equipment to transform your body.

Foundations of Yoga:  Learn proper breathing, basic postures and safe alignment for your practice.

Gentle Yoga:  Breathe, move, stretch and de-stress.  Enjoy all the benefits of yoga without the intensity.  All levels welcome.

Meditation:  Relax with 45 minutes of relaxation techniques, while you develop more inner awareness.

Pilates Lite:  Our slower paced Pilates mat workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance.  

Reformer Classes:  Discover for the new student, intermediate for the experienced; multi-level for any reformer experience.

Reformer Mat Classes: Choose the beginner or intermediate level as you workout  in a small group setting to complement your reformer training.

Sit & Get Fit Pilates:  A 30-minute Pilates workout in a seated position with emphasis on core strength.

Stretching Your Horizons:  45 minutes of gentle and effective stretch to get yoru day off to a more flexible starts.

Yoga/Yoga 75/Yoga 90:  Rebalances body alignment, alleviates stress; focuses on strength, endurance, flexibility, and breath. 

Yoga:  Stationary Series: Focus deeply on postures without the vinyasa flow.

Yoga Lite: Our slower-paced yoga class emphasizes flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation.
