Lap Swimming Policies

  • Observe the pace of the swimmers in the lanes and choose the appropriate lane for your swimming speed.
  • Always swim to the right of the black line on the bottom of your lane.
  • Keep the black line between you and the swimmers coming from the opposite direction.
  • Upon your approach to the walls, cross to the center, turn and push off down the right side of the black line in your lane (CIRCLE SWIM).
  • To pass a slower swimmer, move to the middle and accelerate past or pass at the wall.
  • Stop only at the wall and stay clear of other swimmers turning at the wall.
  • When restarting, avoid disrupting the continuous swimming of others.

2 lanes open:

Monday 9:00am - 2:00pm and 4:00 - 8:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - Noon and 4:00 - 8:00pm
Wednesday 9:00am - 2:00pm and 4:00 - 7:00pm
Thursday 8:00am - 2:00pm and 4:00 - 9:00pm
Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm and 4:00 - 6:00pm
Saturday 7:00 - 10:00am
Sunday 8:00am - Noon

3 lanes open:

Tuesday Noon - 4:00pm
