Healthquest

If you are just getting started in a fitness routine, or if you would have better peace of mind in working out in a more private environment, in the presence of our select group of Fitness Specialists, then Healthquest at ACAC is for you.  Healthquest is a semi-private corner of our fitness floor, where our specially assigned group of instructors will guide you through a routine designed specifically for your particular needs and level.  Our Registered Nursing Team is also located in the Healthquest area of the club, and are available daily during peak club hours.
