Flag Football

ACAC is proud to announce the new NFL Flag Football League!  This league provides structured non-contact flag football  for players ages 5 through 15 from September 8 through November 15.  All divisions are co-ed.  Age on September 1, 2008 determines age for the 2008 season.  Tryouts are not required and players will be placed on team through NFL draft program.  Each player will receive a NFL Jersey and certificate.  No equipment required, players may wear non-metal cleats to games and practices. 

Practice Times:

Division 1 – 5 to 6 year olds – Mondays 5:30 – 6:15pm
Division 2 – 7 to 8 year olds – Tuesdays 5:30- 6:15pm
Division 3 – 9 to 10 year olds – Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:15pm
Division 4 – 11 to 12 year olds – Thursdays 5:30 – 6:15pm
Division 5 – 13, 14 and 15 year olds – Fridays 5:30 – 6:15pm
