Exercise Pool Policies
Our Regulations are developed to ensure the safety & exceptional experience for all members & guests of our facilities.
As a courtesy to those around you please observe the following:
- Running is not permitted on the pool deck.
- Kick boards are to be used for training only in the lap lanes.
- Yellow noodles are reserved for Group Exercise classes.
- Any child using a flotation device must be within an arm length of an accompanying adult in the pool.
- Horseplay is not permitted; this includes climbing on the shoulders of another swimmer, throwing swimmers in the pool or whipping noodles.
- Avoid hanging on the lane lines or pool dividers.
- The use of swimming equipment (including kickboards, pull buoys, barbells, etc.) is only permitted to be used by lap swimmers and aquatics staff members.
- The diving blocks are only permitted to be used under the supervision of an ACAC team member.
- Lap swimmers should share lanes with those of similar abilities, please see "Lap Etiquette".
- Lap swimmers may use the swimming equipment found near the lap lanes.
- Please return all equipment when finished.
- Only lap swimmers are permitted to use the lap lanes. Please see an ACAC Aquatics team member for the most current lap lane schedule.
- Diving is only permitted in the deep end of the pool.
- ACAC lifeguards are here to promote safety and promote a pleasurable experience for everyone, we ask members and guests to adhere to their requests.
- All swimming activities within this facility are at your own risk.
