ACAC´s Trackside Café Catering is dedicated to providing superior food, amazing customer service, and nutritious options. Our goal is to always meet the customer´s needs. Each customer is very important to us and we provide our service in a professional and friendly way. ACAC will work closely with you to create an event in our conference rooms, or elsewhere in our club, that best suits your needs and exceeds your expectations.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required along with a signed letter of agreement as soon as possible. The space requested is not confirmed until the letter of Agreement is signed and the deposit is received

Payment must be made in full by the day of the event.  Checks can be made payable to ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center.

A 25% charge will apply for cancellations within 5 days of the event, and 50% if within 72 hours of the contracted event start time.  Rescheduling the date of an event less than 72 hours prior to its contracted start time is considered a cancellation.
