Class Schedule

The resistance of water is a great way to get your exercise. Many doctors prescribe it for those who may suffer from arthritis, knee and hip pain, or other conditions that may make traditional land exercise uncomfortable. Choose a class that suits your level, Hydro Low and  Water Workout are great places to start!
