Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class
Land based class for persons with arthritis designed to gently guide individuals through ROM, strengthening and toning using 70 excercises designed by the Arthritis Foundation. Small group size: seated, standing, weights and bands may be used.

Arthritis Foundation Water Class
A recreational series of gentle exercises in the pool help relieve pain and stiffness caused by arthritis. A fun, educational, and social opportunity. Non-swimmers welcome.

Feelin' Fit with Multiple Sclerosis
Feelin'Fit with MS is a group which offers socialization and both aquatic and land exercise for persons with Multiple Sclerosis. Sponsored by the Greater Delaware Chapter of the MS Society, participants must attend class 6 times or more a month for this FREE program.

Masters Swim Coaching
Future tri-athletes, former swimmers, and beginners enjoy masters swimming. ACAC coaches help you refine your technique and increase your cardiovascular endurance. Do it for the workout, technique, or even the opportunity to compete in a US Masters swim meet.
Monday, Wed, and Fri 5:30am – 7:00am
Lifeguard Training – American Red Cross
Learn to respond to aquatic emergencies with this comprehensive training. Upon completion, participants receive certifications in life guarding, First Aid, and CPR. Participants must be at least 15 years old and able to swim 500 yards without stopping. Re-certification course are also available.
