Men's Adult Basketball League
Get your team together or join as a free agent. Eight 5-on-5 full-court games, playoff tournament and championship. Games are played on Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings with certified officials and scorekeepers. Players must be age 17 or older. Entry fee includes team shirt and referee charges. Registration deadline is May 16.

Pilates
At a time when the fitness industry is racing to create the next big workout craze, the Pilates method, developed over nine decades ago by Joseph Pilates, remains an effective formula for creating a healthy body and a healthy mind. Pilates employs movements that stretch the body and simultaneously strengthen your deepest muscles, creating a strong core while maximizing flexibility and endurance.

Private Reformer Sessions
Without a doubt, the most effective way to begin reaping the benefits of Pilates is a one-on-one session. A private session is the ideal place to start for anyone with injuries, health issues, or specific training goals. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience.
Discover Pilates
New to Pilates? Never heard of the Reformer? ACAC’s Discover Pilates program is the perfect way to introduce you to Pilates performed on the Reformer, a unique machine that uses springs for resistance and provides a low-impact workout for every body type. Qigong

Ballroom Dancing
Learn to Dance like the stars! This fun new program will highlight a variety of dances over an eight week session. The session will end with a fun social event! Partners are welcome but not necessary. Please wear shoes with a heel and comfortable clothing.
